  1. I’ve also been a journaler all my life and also like you my entries are always directed to God. Sometimes God is writing the entries so that when I read them the next day I’ll hear his voice and know…….this devotional sounds like a perfect addition to my daily conversations.

  2. Thank you, this was very much needed!! I can say that I found strength in this devotion today.
I am going through so much right now and all I can do is cry out to the Lord with honest and raw prayers, because this is all too much for me to bear…but not too for Him!

  3. Journaling is powerful. My journaling has ebbed and flowed over the years. It is a wonderful practice and I find I journal more when I am needing a place to leave the burden of worries.

  4. Tasha,

God cares for us. He knows us intimately. I’m not a journaler, but I have poured my heart out in prayer. My aging dad was going through some geriatric psych issues & I would sit in the hospital lobby crying my eyes, heart & soul out to Him. Jesus is so loving that He wants to come near to the brokenhearted, & hurting. He will be there for us in our deepest, darkest trials.

    Blessings 🙂
