  1. What a fantastic idea! Love this. He is our El ROI the God who sees & hears. He answers even before we finish speaking, often without us even realizing…but a supernatural peace floods our hearts, souls & mind. My soul needed this reminder. I praise Adonai for each of you & your ministry.

  2. In Courage,

I’ve been feeling down & sad since last fall. I knew I needed a change of heart. Had to start focusing more on God & not my circumstances. A few weeks ago I turned on TBN & found a Chris Tomlin concert. He played his new song “Thank you Lord”. That song has become my anthem each day as I wake up, drive to & form work & even while working. It speaks to my soul.

Thank You Lord for the small things Like me and her on the porch swing For summer nights and fireflies
And the sound of my old six string Blessings, on blessings, on blessings, on blessings f I still got breath in these lungs
And that’s all I need to get down on my knees nd be thankful for all that He’s done
For my mama, for my friends For Your love that never ends For the songs that make us dance On this ol’ dirt floor
For my babies, for my girl For the way they changed my world Waking up today Yeah, I just gotta say Thank You Lord
Yeah, I just wanna say Thank You Lord (oh, now)
Thank You Lord for the hard times For lighting the way in the dark times For pulling me in, forgiving again
The times that I took it too far, I Gotta thank You for keeping me humble For picking me up when I stumble
And although I change, You stay the same And I don’t say thank You enough
For my mama, for my friends For Your love that never ends For the songs that make us dance On this ol’ dirt floor
For my babies, for my girl For the way they changed my world (changed my world) Waking up today
Yeah, I just gotta say Thank You Lord I just wanna say Thank You Lord (oh yeah)
Praise up Eyes closed One thing I know I just wanna thank You Lord, thank You Lord (thank You Lord)
Praise up Eyes closed One thing I know I just wanna thank You Lord, thank You Lord
For my mama, for my friends For Your love that never ends (it never, never ends)
For the songs that make us dance On this ol’ dirt floor For my babies, for my girl
For the way they changed my world (the way they changed my world) Waking up today Yeah, I just gotta say thank You Lord
(Praise up Eyes closed) Just wanna say thank You Lord (one thing I know)
raise up Eyes closed One thing I know I just wanna thank You Lord

    Blessings 🙂

    • Oh wow! I love it! I wake up every morning and say thank You Lord for another day! I’m so grateful for His love and His life living in me. I have lived alone for many years but I am never alone. He told me in 1988 when my husband left that He was my husband. I’m so grateful for all that He has given me and done for me!

  3. I do declare my love and obedience for my God, my strength.

Every day I need help. I open my heart to be taught how to live a godly lifestyle.

I want to dwell on my God and not only my needs. I want to pray thanksgiving petitions because the Bible says God knows all the things we need. We are supposed to seek the Lord and His Kingdom first, then the other things we need will be added to our life.

It has taken a very long time for me to understand that I will never arrive on this side of heaven because we are supposed to live by faith daily and not by sight daily.

We will never be satisfied until we have our glorified bodies and in the presence of our One True Living God. Then we will see our Lord and Savior Jesus. And the Holy Spirit makes the Trinity (all three).

    God bless you all.

    Brenda
    Your Sister in Christ

  4. Wonderful. I have been doing this in response to Psalm 28. The psalms are so practical and rich. They certainly can teach us how to talk to our God.

  5. Amen. He is our refuge when we are desperate, and our general when we are brave and ready for battle. I love you, Lord!
