  1. Thank you for your beautiful story showing us the goodness of our God. I found this so comforting this morning. I love knowing this – resting in knowing that He knows what I don’t.

  2. Wow! This is an amazingly perfect word from the Lord reassuring me that what I’m concerned about right now is already taken care of. He will provide what I need to do what He’s leading me to do. Thank you!

  3. What a great way to start the week! I needed these promises reminded to me in my journey of life. Thank you. Thinking of my adult kids walking away from their faith feels heavy for me. I need to trust Him.

  4. Thank you Kaitlyn
I have a friend that can use your very words & they did me well to hear them too!
    Blessings

    • That’s thoughtful of you, D! Feel free to share the URL here (the post will also be on my social media as well as (in)courage social media channels this month, as both a video message and a written message).

  5. Is it easy to share the Promise of Goodness and Mercy following one all the days of that person’s life if they have surrendered their heart and life to God through faith in Christ Jesus. Since Believers can’t always explain this Promise because they might have experienced adversity already. I just read an article that spoke about just waiting to see the Goodness and Mercy every single day in many ways.

We have forgotten about the blessings we have experienced and are experiencing everyday. I don’t ever want to forget my many blessings. I don’t want to be impatient or ungrateful. I want my children to see me joyfully living my Christian Life.

Remember, we are God’s Beloved Daughters.

    Until next time . . .

  6. It’s not lost on me that He chases us down with goodness, kindness and mercy. And we are to chase Him down with our worries, shortcomings and fear. Quite the unfair exchange but what He offers everyday.

  7. Oh Kaitlyn, thank you so much for this! It’s been a very long and hard 5 years for me, thank you for this reminder to keep holding on! Blessings!

  8. Oh how I needed to hear this today! It felt like Words of Life were jumping off of the page and into my heart. I heard God’s voice whispering hope to my heart.

  9. Thank you for this reminder of the hope we have in Jesus! A sweet friend from church sent it to me. She knows the heartache i struggle with daily trying to get visitation with my granddaughter. Sometimes the wait seems endless. Yet I have to remember Jesus sees my tears, feels my pain, hears my prayers and that tomorrow may just be the day I’ve been waiting for! THANK YOU!

  10. this was perfect, timely, and just the word of encouragement I needed to hear! thank you for sharing!

  11. Kaitlyn,

God knows & sees what we don’t. He makes plans for our lives based on that knowledge. We must remember Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you” declares the Lord. “Plans to prosper you and not for harm. To give you a hope & a future.” He will go to great lengths to chase us down with blessings on blessings on blessings. Everyone should take stock of those blessings bestowed on them by God. Loved the imagery of God chasing us down with His goodness & mercy.

    Blessings 🙂
