She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.
She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
Proverbs 31:25-26
We know this day is a complex one full of many emotions and experiences, so we are praying for each of you today as you remember, celebrate, grieve, or enjoy motherhood and what that means to you. Every single woman who loves, encourages, nurtures, and releases those who become part of the next generation is doing an amazing work and is to be celebrated today.
Happy Mother’s Day. Thank you for all that you are and all that you do.

In Courage,
My mom’s been gone since 2009. My hubby’s mom been in heaven since 1989-1990. He saw his step mom the past week. We haven’t really celebrated mother’s day much as of late. I joke that for years I was a mom to two Iguanas (big IG Iggy & Tiny). They too are in heaven. We have no children. But for those of you who did/are mothering children in this day & time-Happy mother’s day. You have a tough job trying to raise Christian children. I applaud your efforts. May God bless all moms out there.
Blessings 🙂

I’m so thankful for a calm and peaceful Mother’s Day Weekend Celebration.
I think I can embrace some of the thoughts people are having this weekend. My mother always enjoyed this weekend because she loved buying new hats for my grandmother (even on her Birthday).
I’m just now learning to receive gifts. I’m more of the “mom” who likes to give gifts. But God is Teaching me to rest my thinking and embrace Trust and Truth in His Word. This is not easy, I had a habit of trying to fix all the issues in my life and the lives of my children, especially my youngest daughter.
My spouse and I don’t share “all” the same parenting techniques. He embraces “tough love” and I don’t.
God thank You for my role as Mother.
