  1. 15 But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God,
    slow to anger and abounding in faithful love and truth.

  2. Show me a sign of your goodness; my enemies will see and be put to shame because you Lord have helped and comforted me.

  3. 2 Protect my life, for I am faithful.

    17 Show me a sign of your goodness;
    my enemies will see and be put to shame
    because you, Lord, have helped and comforted me.

  4. The whole Psalm 86 speaking to me. Especially verse 15. We have as women in our busy day. Make time for God especially if saved. Spend time in word and prayer. Live as his words says. So as people see we are different. We live as Jesus lived when on earth. We go Jesus in our hearts and our homes and if working in our work places. We teach it in sutle way to our kids if have any. By praying over them before they go school if that age. Teaching them to say their prayer read their Bibles. Plus say grace for their meals. We learn to pray for them and thank God for keeping them safe when in bed. Any that have kids. I do that when I remember for my Niece’s and Nephews. I try to remember most day. As don’t have kids. I remember them in my prayers thank God for them and their Parents. Plus pray for my Husband when at work. For my unsaved Family. Then the Neighbors where I live and those that don’t live whete I live any more that used to. Then my other prayers and Bible readings. One thing God has asked me to which I do most days. As I do home help for my elderly Dad 5 to 6 days a week in the mornings. In the rented house that he lives in. As God to bless the person that owns it. My Dad that lives in it. All that that walk through its doors each day. When saying my prayers I apply the blood of Jesus around all the people and kids I have prayed for plus my Husband homes cars and all who drive plus jobs of all who have job and our health that we will not catch a serious illness. As I believe the blood of Jesus that was shed on Calvary still works today and keeps all of us safe. I say Amen to that. Thank you for today’s reading keeping you all in prayer. Love Dawn Ferguson-Little xx

  5. Verse 13
    For your faithful love for me is great,
    and you rescue my life from the depths of Sheol.

  6. V1: I love and admire that David knew he needed God. And, who is God always for? The weak and needy (wow). Gods heart has always beat for those less fortunate. David knew he couldn’t do any of this in his own strength. David recognized his human poverty, his lack and need. David put & kept his eyes on God rather than on himself or his circumstances. Lord, that I might see you more than what I’m going through, YOU are faithful!

  7. I will praise you with all my heart, Lord my God,
    and will honor your name forever.

  8. Thank you for this whole psalm. I especially liked verses 15-17. I am reminded that the Lord has my best interest in mind and He is faithful always and I can trust Him with every burden and care that surrounds me at any given time.

  9. In Courage,

    They all speak to me in one way or another. 1-4 especially because I could use some joy in my life. Hubby & I don’t like our jobs & it is hard to be happy when you have to work doing things you don’t enjoy. Also trying to look at the bright side of this. I do have a good paying job that gives me a 3-day weekend every week.

    Have a blessed week everyone!

    Blessings 🙂
