    • Father God, you created us for freedom and hope in you. Together we ask that you give strength to Debbie’s loved one to turn from this addiction. Lord no weapon formed against us can prosper so we break the chains of alcohol addiction by the power of the name of Jesus! We speak life through the blood Of the Lamb. Freedom is theirs in Jesus name, amen.

    • Debbie,

      Praying for your loved one.

      Abba Father,

Help Debbie’s loved one break the chains of addiction. The evil one has enslaved this person. You have the power to snap those chains & free them. Give that person the strength & willpower to stop drinking. Make the see the destructiveness of their addiction. In the name of Jesus I pray. AMEN!

      Blessings 🙂

      • Praying for your loved one Debbie. I, too, have a loved one struggling with addiction and know the pain it causes. We hold on to His promises knowing He is faithful and merciful.

    • Debbie- I pray that the urge to drink is removed. Lord we ask that you help Debbies loved one as they struggle to break the cycle of addiction To alcohol. Lord we know this is a disease and that surrender to you will free this person. Lord help Open Their hearts to seek you first. Help Them to know With you all Things are possible. In your holy name we pray. Amen

    • Debbie that is sad you have one with alcohol addiction. I knew someone who drank everyday until they went into a home. Before she passed away. It sad. It hurts the families to see their love one drink and you the family can’t help them. It sad. My heart goes out to you. I prayed for her and I will pray for you. It not nice watching them. She was not saved. You can’t tell them they needed to get saved. Or a row go up. So I feel for you. God understands. No one is out of the reach of Jesus. Keep praying and keep believing that they will come to faith. Gods timing is perfect. They will come.

  1. Struggling with infertility for too many years. This psalm is how I feel today. Prayer request for renewal of faith and hope.

    • We have also been struggling with infertility for too long. This sounds like the Psalm of infertility. I pray that God will give you peace beyond understanding, faith in His perfect plan, and faith of the good things to come.

    • Lord, I lift up Emma and Mesa and their husbands to you. Although it has been many years, their pain is one I recognize. May you reveal your presence to them in the midst of their pain. I ask you Father to shower them with peace. You are faithful Lord. Your way and your will is not always what we understand but it is what we desire. You love us beyond our comprehension. May both Emma and Mesa know you are walking with them. They are not alone. You have a plan and it is good. Romans 8:28

    • Hi prayers, god is working , patience, waiting on the lords answer to your prayer❤️

    • Emma….My husband and I too are going through fertility struggles and treatments. I refuse to believe that God doesn’t want us to grow our family, we have so much love to give. I struggle in understanding His timing and I’m sure you do too. I will remember you in my prayers and ask you do the same for me. Don’t give up hope. Be mindful of Hannah- she came before the Lord many times bringing her desire for a baby. I believe most of her words, despair and struggle aren’t recorded in the Bible, but were intense and painful. Scripture does share some of her suffering because we read she was overwhelmed with anguish as she meditated on her empty womb. Hannah had to wait, a loooooong time she did. I try to remind myself I am no greater than she. I am not above waiting. God must be using me for something in this time of waiting even though I can’t see it now and I believe He is doing the same with you. His rewards are great for those who are faithful. Embrace your struggle and cry out to God, beg Him, and don’t hide your pain. I hope the Lord will reveal Himself to you in a strong and MIGHTY way. And I pray He will open doors, and resources, encouragers, and whatever means He wants to use to grow your family. HE WILL, I believe it, and I hope you do too!

  2. Asking for provision & guidance on what to do next as business shut down indefinitely due to CoVid19.

    • Nicole,

      Abba Father,

Nicole’s company shut down indefinitely & she needs an income. Your word says: If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
James 1:5 | NIV Asking you to guide her next steps. Give her the wisdom to make informed choices for her family. In Jesus Name AMEN!

      Blessings 🙂

    • Nicole,
Praying that God would make a way for provision of your needs. I’m so sorry that your business had to close…God does care. Praying that He will show up in a big way with wisdom, discernment, and provision.
      Blessings,
      Bev xx

    • Praying for God to do a wondrous thing in your husband. Replace his heart of stone with a heart of flesh. Raise dry bones to life. Praying For you & your living testimony of God’s mercy & grace. Praying God directs your words & actions every day. Praying your marriage shouts the glory of God! You both are so loved!

  3. Praying for salvation and restoration in my God mustB be working in my adult children’s Lives and the lives of their spouses. My dear sweet mama had a stroke in January and because of COVID has not gotten the care she needs so is no better. Healing in my own body and my husbands as well. My daughter is pregnant with our first grandchild and she and her husband are in Canada… the border is closed. Financial issues etc, etc. BUT… I know God is working! My faith is strong that He is in control to need the strength of Gods people with me to hold on!

    • Teresa, oh God touch her and her families with your healing. Lift her sunked heart and spirit. Shine Your face on her and give her HOPE. Lord we need you. We see You in the fullness of the green spread of the trees, hear You in the birds singing. Lord today may we see You in those we interact with. Lord, give us Your peace.

  4. Lord God, please hold Emma close to you right now so that she can feel your heartbeat in her life. Renew her faith. Give her hope. Let her see opportunities to fill this heart’s desire, maybe in ways she never imagined. Help her to know both in her heart and in her head that you are with her, loving her.
    In Jesus name, amen.

    • Cindy: praying that the Lord will lead your husband to a wonderful, fulfilling job, where he is meant to be and excede.

  5. Please pray for me the devil is attacking my mind and through that everything else including me. I can no longer fight and grown weak. I do not have the tools to fight and win and that keeps me down as well. Thank You for your prayers.

    • Lord, have mercy on TraShunya. Give her a strong mind and not one of fear. Help her to know you have not left her alone, but that You are fighting for her. You are her strength. You are her hope. Deliver her from evil and give her peace.

    • TraShunya,
I pray for you, my friend. It is so very hard when we can’t see a way out. Lord Jesus, wrap Your arms around TraShunya. Comfort her. Show her that she has a Big Brother advocating for her before Your throne.

      Amen

    • Father, I pray that in her weakness, your strength will be made perfect. Let this be a season in her life and testimony, that the reality of your powerful love will transform her perspective; your word says Father that we are equipped ~ in Christ ~ with all we need… so may TraShunya be given the sight to see and recognize the keys you have for her to pick up and use. Or… allow her the space and the quiet in her spirit to trust that you’re working through all her trials and troubles. Keep her, sustain her, grow her roots deeply into your love and provision. May this be a powerful turning point in your direction Lord, and in her relationship with you, the one who sees, knows, saves. Praise you God for your unfailing love for TraShunya. May she believe it, and help her unbelief. Amen.

    • Lord please hold TraShunya’s hand as she walks the pathway of life – keep her close and help her look straight ahead and when she approaches a dark moment, pull her close to you and remind her you are always with her. Remind her that no one can overcome her, not even Satan as she has you to shield and protect her. Give her strength and comfort daily, moment to moment – in Jesus’ name I pray….

    • Mary –
I cannot imagine the pain that you are feeling as a mother. May God bring you peace and comfort. And, may you children access the resources and support that they need.
      Elizabeth

    • Mary,
I am lifting you in prayer right now. Mental illness has wreaked havoc in my family as well. I know how hard it is to get family members to seek the help they need. Bev xx

  6. I would appreciate prayers for past hurts and ability to discern God’s wisdom for my life.

    • Prayers that you find peace and the ability to forgive and that God’s wisdom will be revealed

    • Elizabeth,
I have found that the only way to let go of past hurts is calling on the Lord’s enabling strength to do so. Through Him we are able. Also holding onto hurts keeps you in a prison of sorts. God wants you to walk in freedom. God’s wisdom is there for you. ASK him for the gift of discernment. Asking along with you…
      Blessings sweet sister,
      Bev xx

      • Bev, in regard to letting go of past hurts, I have found the same thing to be true in my life. Only after I told God I wanted to forgive and asked Him to help me do it was I actually able to do so. Praying Elizabeth will ask God to enable her to forgive so she can be set free from those past hurts.

    • Dear Elizabeth, Our Bible Study this morning reminded us all, that the best way to get over hurts and imjuries from others, is to pray for those people. When you are praying for them, it becomes harder to remember the hurts, and you can learn to love the people.
I haven’t expressed this very well, but I do hope it can help you to recover from these hurts.
I pray with you for these old injuries to no longer have power over you. God’s blessings , Camilla

  7. Praying for all these heart cries to the Lord.

Please pray for me to not stay stuck and feel like we are at any disadvantage bc of some major life changes Bc of Covid. Pray I don’t succumb to hopelessness with finding family friends to come alongside us as we journey through life. I’ve felt a loss of community since learning we will have to uproot again.

    • Heather,
Uprooting is so hard. Claiming God’s promise that He sends an angel before you to prepare the place where you are going. May you find new community there and I know that finding even one friend gives you hope. Keep persevering and know God’s plan for you is good. Keep leaning into the Lord…
      Blessings,
      Bev xx

    • Judy,
Praying for your dad, and for you. Watching a loved one decline is so very painful. I know you feel helpless right now. Please Lord, hear Judy’s prayer and ease her father’s pain. Giving him physical peace as well as spiritual peace. Wrap them both in your loving arms.
      Blessings,
      Bev xx

    • Judy,

Sweet sister I understand your pain. Both my parents had failing health & dementia. Praying for you as you care for him & watch him decline. It is not easy to do. May God give you the strength you need to endure. Asking God to ease Dad’s pain & your suffering.

      ((((((((((Hugs))))))))))

  8. Please pray for my grandson who is struggling with a learning disability and a recurrent sports injury. He says he has lost his faith and feels the Lord just isn’t there for him. It breaks my heart but I know Jesus will mend both ours hearts.

    • Lord Jesus, please mend their broken hearts and bind up their wounds. Surround and shield LollyB’s grandson so that he knows You’re there and still love him so passionately. Please give them both patience as they wait on you. We know that You are still good, all the time. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

  9. In Courage,

It breaks my heart to see the divisiveness of this country. Praying for hearts & minds to change. For everyone to see & know God’s love. May we become a nation of prayer warriors getting on our knees to God & showing empathy to all.

I have an older friend (70+) who is currently undergoing chemo for breast & bone cancer. Asking God for healing & a great testimony. May she have more good days than bad.

Asking prayers for MIL. She has bad arthritis & other health issues. May She have more days without a lot of pain. May God assist us & her children to be there for her. She just lost her husband last Thanksgiving week. Prayers for peace & comfort in her life.

    Blessings 🙂

    • You never have to feel guilty for how you feel! God uses everything for good and for His glory, which it looks like He’s already doing. Praying for you!

    • Donna, I am so sorry you feel that way and that you feel guilt. The evil one loves making us feel guilty when we’re all ready down in the dumps. God knows how you feel. You are not alone in this fight sister, He is right there with you. He made you friend and He will never leave you. No feeling you can ever have will surprise Him, He understands friend. There is no feeling that is greater than Jesus’ love for us. I have struggled with anxiety and days of sadness and longing and I have also felt the guilt that comes with those feelings. (John 10:10) I pray that God brings healing and peace to your mind. I pray that God works through your doctors. I’m praying for a renewal of your mind and for joy to flood your soul. Our Jesus can do anything. He was with me through the fire and He is with you too. He loves you. Thank you for sharing sister. Blessings, peace and love to you. ❤️

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.”- Jeremiah 29:11

Come protect them and shoe them the beauty of Your love and grace. Give Darlene courage and wisdom as she talks to and prays for them. I pray that they will answer Your knocking with all their hearts as You come reveal Your love to them. Come renew Darlene’s hope and peace as she waits on You for their salvation. In Jesus name, Amen.

  11. Prayer for my negative and hurtful thoughts. Asking Farther what to do in this horrible relationship I can’t get out. Even though he hasn’t hit ime physically the things he is doing feels the same way as my abusive marriage I escaped. Help me God. Why do keep repeating the same thing.

    • Dear Mildred,

In Jesus’ name, AMEN.

  20. Please pray for a breakthrough for the struggles my husband & I have been facing. It feels like we’re going in a circle, even though we’re trying different things to break free. It’s exhausting & I don’t know what to do. Every door I try to walk through closes. I feel like we’re on the cusp of God’s promises, but can’t get past this waiting point. Thank you so much!

For with man it is impossible, but with God all things are possible. Amen.

  22. I have not had a job for almost 5 months and am at the end of my rope. I have $.50 left in my bank account, little food in the pantry, and the gas tank will run dry in about 200 miles. I’m struggling with the longest, most severe depressive episode of my life, which makes it difficult to concentrate or think coherently. All I want to do is sleep.

Please pray that God will help me find a job or some other source of income soon

    • Praying for you and I’m truly sorry you are going through this. I pray you get the answer where you can only say That’s My God! Praying for miracles!

  23. I have some very special unspoken prayer requests. I know God is in control and he’s allowed this and he’s gonna get the glory. It’s just hard and heartbreaking when we go through it especially when it’s because of the ones you love the most! My God has revealed things to me in this and for that I’m truly grateful! I want to praise him in the storm and it’s only by his mercy and grace that I can. I’m learning to Be Still! (And that’s hard)

    • Pray for you! I’m thinking of Casting Crowns – Praise You in the storm, reading your story!

  24. Longing to really ‘feel’ God again. I feel so far away from Him and most of the time it feels like I will never feel close to Him again. That it will never be ok….I want to be changed so desperately…so that I can look to others and the world with more love..

  25. Jesus, I lift up to You Marjolein, that she feel the joy again that comes from feeling that she is walking close to You. We know that nothing can separate us as Your children from You. Comfort her. Give her peace and rest in the knowledge that You are with her even when You feel far away.

    Amen

And pray for me. I have been in constant spiritual oppression for the past couple of weeks, which has led to bouts of depression. I’m thankful for my wonderful husband, who has taken good care of me, but going through this has been hard. The attacks come early (4:30 or so) in the morning when I wake up and can’t go back to sleep. I’m also physically exhausted, which isn’t helping either. Pray that I will trust God to carry me through this and also that Jesus will protect me.

    • Thank You for Your strength and deliverance for Jennifer! Jesus You are infinitely more powerful than anything trying to come against her.
Thank You that You are working right now, no matter what we see, think or feel. I pray that Jennifer would, with Your help, power (the same power that raised Jesus from the dead) and strength, take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ and casting down every imagination and every high and lofty thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. Thank You that Jennifer has the mind of Christ and is wearing the helmet of salvation… that she would trust You and know without a shadow of a doubt that You are with her to help her and to know the truth that You are her salvation.
Thank You Lord Jesus that You have appointed protecting, warring angels to surround her. Thank You that the precious blood of Jesus covers her, and that a hedge of protection that the enemy cannot penetrate is around her.
I pray for good sleep, good dreams and that the morning will bring her word of Your unfailing love.
Thank You God that she will lie down and sleep in peace because You alone, O Lord, make us dwell in safety.
Praise You Jesus that You hear our prayers and You answer us in our time of need!

  26. Jesus,

I lift up Jennifer to you. Help her to do battle with you at her side, against the enemy of her mind! Help her demolish strongholds and every wicked that sets itself up against the knowledge of you.

I need prayer for anxiety and grief brought about by frequent job changes and now extended family illness. I would like to buy a house in the near future and am worried if the job changes will set back the schedule. I want to be restored to joy.

    • I pray for Kristen B in the mighty name of Jesus. Thank You that greater are You in Kristen, than He who is in the world. No weapon formed against her will prosper and you will work all things out for her good and Your Glory.
You have great plans for Kristen; help her think and speak truth, that You will never leave her, abandon her, forsake her, nor fail her. You are in control; You are in charge and You love her with an everlasting love. Thank You Jesus that nothing will ever separate her from Your perfect love… a love that casts out all fear.
Lord, help Kristen to trust You more and see how trust-worthy You are. I pray that Your Spirit would envelope her and that she would experience overwhelming joy that comes from Your mighty presence.
Thank You Jesus that You are working right now. You hear our prayers. You answer us and You deliver us from all our fears!

  27. I’ve read a good number of articles on here. They are all really great, truly.
I got this site fm an article I read about a wife caring for her husband with cancer. She talked about a great support group of other women who were caregivers to their husbands with cancer.
I have not read anything about that. Or seen any links to meetings or chats etc about that. I’m new to all this, or this world, if you will. We just got diagnosis by accident actually b/c had other problems going on. Week&1/2 ago. I know I have to remain strong with God’s help so I can help my husband. I’m in much prayer yet just wanted to find support b/c my entire world just changed in a flash & everything is different. Even the tiniest details look, different. The world, looks so different…..now. I can’t find words.

    • I’m afraid I don’t have specific links to cancer support groups, but:
      1. there are online organizations that have support groups (like a 15-week class led by an oncology social worker: https://www.cancercare.org/support_groups/77-caregiver_support_group_spouses_partners )
      2. your doctors may have local resources or information about more resources for caregivers – probably contact them by phone to get recommendations, or to ask them to call you back with recommendations, so that appointment time can be basically focused on cancer treatment itself? Each time you get a new doctor or person to contact: ask them!
      3. large local churches may already have spouses-with-cancer support groups or at least know of them (or know someone who knows someone…) – even if you don’t attend the church, you can often attend those. 🙂

It’s a different world. God is with you (and your husband). Grace and peace to you.

  28. God, I lift Kristen up & help her find the most purest joy, that incredible, giddy, joy that is only found in you Father. Help her find faith, even when she cannot see, since that is what faith is. Trusting completely when you have no idea what is happening. Amen.

  29. Please pray for complete healing for myself and my family. I trust the Lord for His protection, provision, direction and peace!

    • Thank You Jesus that others are praying for me and my family. The Lord is bringing me out of complete despair and hopelessness. I am so thankful for His great faithfulness in that He has kept me from attempting suicide. He has delivered me, set my feet upon a rock and has helped me trust Him. I am still, with His strength, reinforced with mighty power, being released from the chains of depression and anxiety.
Thank you for your prayers- I can’t find the words to express my gratitude. And, thank You Jesus!

  30. Please pray for my work and the manager I currently have to continue with me through budget cuts.
Also, please pray for my husband and I to start a family after several years of infertility.

  31. I have been crying over this guy who had been pursuing me since December 2019 and we stopped talking for two months because I decided to give us some space and time to think through whether we are meant for each other… Two months passed, he told me he still has feelings for me but he doesn’t see us being together… he is personally struggling with addiction to some unhealthy habits and that’s also a huge reason he doesn’t see us together. And also because he doesn’t have a stable income at the moment. He said, I’m too good for him. My heart aches, very badly. Because I have been trying and praying that we would work something out together. I wonder how long it is going to take to stop crying, if God will ever answer my prayer on this..

    • Praying that you will learn to trust God to mend your broken heart, YZ. His ways are best or so they say.

  32. I am stuck in grief. With the lockdown and trying to grieve it has been difficult without being able to have a hug from those you love. How long lord is the question as the heavy loss of missing my husband and moving in is more than I have been able to bear. They say paralyzed in grief and I now know what that phrase means as I am living it. Thanks for your prayers

  33. Not long before covid, i got divorced, moved about 1,000 miles to a new place with a new job and a new apartment. I’m grateful for my job and my apt but because of covid, I’m not traveling to see friends and family like i thought i would be able to and i don’t know anyone where i live, in general i keep really busy with my job but sometimes I really wish i had some friends close by that i could trust, someone to go hiking with, have a meal with. I miss feeling connected to people and having people close that care about me, people to talk to. I would love it if you would pray that God sends some friends my way or guides me to right people so that i will feel connected and loved again. Thank you. 🙂

  34. Please remember my family. I have 3 immediate terminally ill family members, 2 of which do not know the Lord.

    • Lord, I bring Shelley and her family to you now. I pray that you will give the family strength to face what might seem like an impossible situation. We know that when it feels like hope is gone, you have the power to work miracles, and we pray for them now. We ask that you will provide ways for Shelley’s two family members who don’t know you to see you for all that you are and all you do for us. Create those opportunities to move in their hearts so they can fully understand all that you offer and give those in the family, who do know you personally, courage to speak with faith and conviction to help them know you. Lord, we ask for healing in whatever way will glorify you and show your power. Although we know we are not worthy to ask these things, because you love us, you will provide what is needed for those who need it. Be with the family at this difficult time, help them feel your love, your arms of comfort and your presence, they are never alone if they have you, Lord.
We pray these things in the name of Jesus, the giver of immense love and our intercessor.
      Amen

  35. Please pray for the people I work with. We have been bullied and emotionally abused by our manager and those who have the power to do something have ignored us. There are people I work with in dark places because of this and need God.

  36. My husband passed away unexpectedly from compounding health issues in March right as Covid 19 restrictions halted all funeral services. I struggle with feelings of abandonment by my husband, by God, and by people – with lack of closure, lack of comfort (no hugs or visitors) and just overwhelming sadness and grief. I now have feelings of anger that funerals are starting again … and people seem to think I should be “getting over it”! Even my grief counselor and clergy have no response because grieving is bad enough, but this was grieving totally alone! I used to have such faith and joy in my life… I don’t feel God’s comfort and I don’t trust God any more… I don’t know if I even believe. I don’t feel He heard my prayers for my husband and I am struggling with what is left (if anything) of my faith. I am grieving not only the loss of my dear kind husband, but the loss of my joy, my faith, and my purpose in life as well.

  37. Praying God would bring a saved guy that is living for the Lord into our daughter’s life.
