Ezekiel 36:25-27 (TLB)
No matter what you’ve faced this last year — the hard, challenging, or painful, the lovely, exciting, or beautiful — tomorrow is full of fresh mercies. Because of God’s grace and forgiveness, we are offered a new heart and a new spirit. When we accept the gift of a new year and a new life in Christ, God promises to give us a heart that is once again soft and a spirit that is open to His guiding.
As we close out this year, reflecting on all that has happened in the past 365 days, all the ways we’ve grown and struggled and loved and learned, let’s remember that a new day is coming. God will give us a new heart as well as a new decade!
Happy last day of 2019, friends!

Such hopeful words from Ezekiel–one of the last places I’d expect to find them, too!
Blessings to one and all as we begin again!
Good morning! I’m praying for peace, good health, prosperity and goodness for all!
This New Year and beginning of a whole new decade finds me choosing a certain word and attitude that helps me move into the future as every new year invites us to do.
ENDURE is that word. It is the word that describes a life of faith and puts the focus on our choice to persevere one day at a time and year after year. To endure is where our faith comes fully alive.

In Courage,
2019 started out with a sort of fizzle bang if you will. I was laid off from my part time job. I was anxiously happy as I thought God had something bigger & better in store for me. Yes He did!! I now work ICU Step Down clerical at hospital. Get to help RNs, CNAs & patients. Was originally just 2 days a week. Turned into 2 days then 3 days next week & more whenever either secretary wants off. Have put in 45 hrs one week. Toughest job you’ll ever love. It ended on a rather sour note. My FIL died from stage III bladder cancer, bladder infection & bilateral ischemic attack & probably another one Monday before Thanksgiving. He had been sick late summer & all fall. It was a kind of blessing in that his suffering ended. Now MIL has to deal with getting rid of stuff & deciding where she wants to live when house sells. She herself has some health issues. There were some good times in between. 2020 promises to be a great year for my family. We are going to make some drastic changes & start enjoying life together. We’ve been dealing with aging parents for 12 years off & on. Can’t wait to see how God will use us in 2020.
Blessings 🙂
Happy New Year and New Decade. May all our hearts be full of love for our Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. May we leave our hearts of sin behind as we are full of love for ourselves and each other.
Amen, Amen and Amen! What a beautifully refreshing and hopeful way to end the year! Thank you so much for sharing. Happy last day of 2019 to you and all your readers, Incourage! Thank you for the part you play in encouraging so many, so faithfully, day in and day out! 🙂

Blessings to you all,
Bomi.
