  1. Jen,

Congratulations Jen on having Life Way pick this study for their women’s BIble study. We have precconceived notions what hospitality should be like. Women especially think we must the perfectly clean house, great china, etc. Hospitality is just about being with friends & having a good time. Most don’t care if you use everyday dishes or just paper plates. They just want to come & enjoy a time of refreshments, sharing with companions. One motto I live by i s “Martha Stewart doesn’t live here”. The food will be good, house clean fairly, but no pretensions. Just good old southern hospitality with friends. Jesus would regularly stop & eat at various people’s homes. He was there to spread a message of love & friendship. I say let’s fling the door of friendship wide open & invite others to join us for conversations & a little food.

    Blessings 🙂
