  1. Anna,

I’m not a big Black Friday gal. When younger I usually had to work the day after Thanksgiving. It was a blessing for you both to spend time together. That is super important. You never know how long you have on this Earth. both my parents are gone now. Treasure time with family any way you can. I’m not a stand in line patient kind of person. It is so much easier for me to just hop on computer & get the items I want/need. Mostly now I just get gift cards. This Thanksgiving was a little special for my family. The whole clan (hubby’s side) got together at his parents. First time in years. I’m glad we did it. My FIL (90) has Stage III bladder cancer & went through surgery earlier this year. MIL not doing well either. She will be 84 in February. It was great to have all the family there. My family unfortunately is so spread out from China, Texas, GA, VA & TN. The only time we get together is for funerals & the whole family doesn’t get to come. Treasure this time with the family.

    Blessings 🙂
