It’s the weekend we anticipate all year.
It’s a hashtag, the reason for some of the best Twitter parties, and a cause for celebration.
It’s a gathering of women world-wide, choosing to step beyond a comment box and meet up in real life.
It’s the (in)RL conference.
But what happens when it’s over? How do you continue to build community after the final video plays and the last cupcake is eaten?
In the day-to-day, sometimes conversations naturally steer toward funny stories or what we had for breakfast. There’s nothing wrong with that, but wouldn’t you love to have a tool that equipped and enabled you to continue building community?
DaySpring has created some amazing resources and materials with you in mind, made especially for women looking to keep on building when the weekend is over.
With so many videos full of great content, you may not have been able to watch them all during your meet up! The (in)RL DVDs come with every video – even the bloopers {our favorite part!}.
Instead of a movie night, why not have an (in)RL video night? Pop a big bowl of popcorn and settle in with your group of girlfriends or small group for a fun night of laughs and great discussion. The 2014 DVD even includes discussion questions, so you can sit back, relax, and just enjoy getting to know each other even more.
We know that many of you requested community building resources in response to our survey a few weeks ago, and we hope that these videos will be just the beginning of some (in)courage tools to equip and inspire you to connect with other women! And – if you want, you can even grab the 2012 and 2013 DVDs too. What could possibly be better than an (in)RL marathon?!

We also love the Your Story Matters postcards, inspired by this year’s (in)RL theme. They include many of your favorite quotes. The written word is powerful enough to encourage, inspire, and bring hope. A simple note in the mail carrying a message of hope can speak volumes and continue to build the community that was formed during (in)RL.

There’s no need to wait for (in)RL to roll around – you can find community right where you are!
All around there are women searching and hoping for community. There are women waiting for someone to look them in the eyes and tell them that their story matters and there is a safe place for her to share it.
You can be that safe place. You, friend, are more than capable and most definitely equipped to listen, to love, and to be community.
We hope that these resources and materials will help you continue to build community year-round! {And if you shop before July 18th, you can take an extra 25% off your order during DaySpring’s customer appreciation event!}

I am a little new to incourage and have never seen the In real life videos. I just wanted to share that recently I started a group with some ladies at my church- we call it God, Girls and Gab:) Basically, this group is for Moms who need community and connection. We have meet weekly at Chick Fil-A, the Mall and neighborhood parks and are just getting to know each other. It has been life changing for me-a natural introvert who would much rather be alone and in my house, reading, blogging and journaling. Anyways- I am excited to look through your resources to see if maybe we can use them. The ladies in my group are not interested in formal women’s ministry events. They indicated to me that they don’t feel “natural” and they often feel like they can’t really be themselves. Our meetings have become a safe place for them and I want to keep it that way. I am looking for a way to take this group to the next step eventually. Thank you!

Oh that’s a wonderful idea! I have to say, I could do a lot of fellowship over some waffle fries & sweet tea 😉

I keep missing the In (RL) weekends. Things/life happens. Would love to review the videos and maybe share them with the women at church!
