  2. Oh my. I build walls and hold onto forgiveness like its a prize only for me. My hurts are bigger and more important.

Thank you for these words and the reminder that I need Him to help me to truly forgive.

  3. I couldn’t live with out His forgiveness daily! Know that He forgives me for my many many mistakes helps me to forgive others. I want to live in peace and harmony and the only way is through forgiveness.

One of my older sisters and I have finally found a way–thanks to Almighty God to forgive and forget the past and move forward in a pact of love and friendship!

    Praise God for forgiveness!!

  4. Forgiveness can be so challenging! I’ve had some things happen in my life that made me really think hard about what forgiveness really looks like. Had to battle the common expression “forgive and forget.” Only to realize that it’s absolutely a heart thing, an attitude, like you said. It’s not that you forget. But you move on without bitterness or need for revenge. You come to terms with the hurt others cause because you understand you cause hurt, too. I am no better, no worse. And we all require forgiveness, daily.
