  1. I’m so excited! A friend posted something from this book on twitter a few days ago and I was so intrigued that I went and bought it. I haven’t done a Bloom study in a while, I’m really looking forward to this one!

    • I think this is one of those books that you can read over and over and get new things out of it each times – I know this study will not be my last time reading through it. 🙂

  2. I to am uber excited for this book! I was just like Jessica with this book – I acquired a copy around 2008, and wanted to get into the book, (and actually started reading it whilst performing in China) but it never seemed the perfect time for it. The density and richness of the text is perfect for a group setting –I’m so excited to read it cover to cover now alongside all of you! Thanks for this – looking forward to it!

    • And let me tell you, the friends who join us on the couch for this study are TOP NOTCH. They added so much to our discussion. We believe God has big things in store for the study. 🙂

  3. This is a topic that I am really interested in getting in to this year. Just reserved a copy from the library.

  4. grrr… trying to sponsor a book and buy one for myself, but I am struggling on the DaySpring website. Am I too late?! 🙂

  5. SO excited to see all of you join us for this *challenging* study! It’s not that it’s a hard read, but it’s deep and wide and will cause you to think and pray in new shades and colors. If you’ve never joined a Bloom study before, this one is perfect place to begin. 🙂

  6. (Re-posted from my Facebook comment last night – I wasn’t sure where I would get the response faster, there or here!) 🙂 Ironically, tonight, my small group had to choose a new study/topic for the new year. We decided to go with “Prayer”. I was ELATED to see that PRAYER is the topic/title of the next book for Bloom. I do have ONE question – our small group is co-ed. Is this book specifically focused on women and prayer? Or will it work for the co-ed group? I have the utmost respect for you ladies, and have grown SO much from your Bloom Book Club books, so I completely trust this will be an amazing read. I just don’t want our men to be left feeling uncomfortable, or under-fed. Please help!? 🙂
