Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
At (in)courage, we empower women to be like Jesus. Our writers share what’s going on in their life and how God’s right in the middle of it. They bring their joys & struggles so that you can feel less alone and be empowered by the hope Jesus gives.
Was walking and stumbling so badly that even my toes were battered and my heart sore, so weary! It is a complete wonder to me that God can heal my heart in my struggling resolve to hang onto my ‘rose colored glasses’, that is the eyes of love I had that can turn bitterness back into hope and faith in Him.
May God bless all our steps and renew our strength as we rise up in the morning and place our hope in Him.

I love this. It always reminds me that no matter what any of us are going to through, so long as we trust in the Lord we will be okay… In His time! He gives us strength to carry on and do the next right thing.

It always amazes me that God could love a sinner such as I. I constantly stumble and fail him, pray for forgiveness and then go and stumble again. Praise God there are no limits on His forgiveness & mercy!
Without a car since the accident, I’m at home to the small joys of each moment. I’m walking and praising God for not fainting. He’ll bring me to the turning point.

Just as I was reading this, my 3 year old opened our back door and said a good morning to the birdies. My kids never fail to see all the beauty in the world, and I see it every day in their eyes :-). Thanks for sharing.
