  1. There has been a window in my heart opened revealing rays of light and exposing dirty spots I’ve looked over. Even when I’m more comfortable in my ignorance, I’m thankful that God doesn’t allow me to stay blind to “dust” in my heart. Great post!

  2. People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within.”

I posted the above quote just about one hour ago on my fb wall so your post was like a double wamme…(not sure if spelling is right). It is the true light from the Son that can reveal and bring conviction that will lead to cleansing as we confess our hidden sins. It is post such as yours that God uses to start the cleansing process…God anointed post. Thank you. I so needed to read it.

  3. What a lovely, insightful post, Vanessa! It’s a funny thing. . . when the light reveals all that needs to be cleansed, it can be a little overwhelming, can’t it? Good thing He never runs out of patience with us, never tires of offering us grace. 🙂

  4. Such a wonderful post! Thanks for reminding me to confess, express and release-sort of what I learned in the Beth Moore study, Breaking Free! I just moved from the Northwest and my floors here in the Midwest always seem dirty-must be that big yellow ball in the sky!
