Beautiful, Heather. Thank you for sharing.

Wow, Heather. You’ve so heartbreakingly described grace. It is relentless and it really does cause us to come to the end of ourselves before we can sing with abandon “Amazing Grace!” I am so acutely aware of my own battle to be worthy and to hang on with every shred of strength right now as I face ongoing behavior and emotional problems with one of my daughters (adopted from foster care). The battle and the reality you shared in your beautiful words so truly describes my heart…
Thank you.

May God be praised! How freeing to be released from the need to prove and released from the fear of losing.

Thank you again for this post. It’s continued to minister to me. As I wrote my own post for the week, it was God’s hand of encouragement and inspiration.
I linked back here for my readers….

I wrote this poem during a time of crisis several years ago. I’m thankful now to have fully embraced the last verse and fallen into grace. It’s a good place to be. Thanks for your comments, friends, and I pray that you too will fall (or have fallen) into grace.
Laurie, thanks for your note. Your post is powerful too!
