  1. Thank you, Annie! Starting into this day I was already overwhelmed with my own plate and tempted to procrastinate by surfing the net… I am now incouraged to face the day and my uncertain future and all the difficult chores together with the one who is able. So I’m gonna shut down the computer right now and get to it! 🙂 Be blessed!

  2. I love when the Lord speaks so clearly to us, and especially when friends are obedient to pass along the message! I wonder how many times He wants me to encourage someone else? I pray that God’s word would take deep root in your heart Annie. Thanks!

  3. Annie, so many times your blog entries speak directly to what is going on in my life. I am awake at 8:24 AM on a vacation day (incredibly early for me on vacation) reading this because I reached a point where I knew I needed to hear from Him right now. And since my focus has been so off, I turned to my devotionals and blogs to hear Him more. Thank you for sharing what God has done in your life and how He has shown you that He is able. I really needed to hear it today. Praying for you and all on your plate.

  4. This is beautiful. Reminds that it’s in my weakness that His strength shines bright and brings me through…carries me, even.

  5. Thank You for this today… I needed it… I REALLY REALLY NEEDED IT! God knows…today… I needed to be ABLE.

  6. I was feeling like I couldn’t get through this day! Today marks 3 months since my daughther, Ella Grace, was stillborn. I am sitting at work with my inbox overflowing and I can’t concentrate on anything except the whole in my heart and the knowledge that I “should” be HUGE pregnant right now. I needed to hear this. I am able to make it through this day. Not on my own strength, but on His! Thank you!

  7. I love, love, love when He speaks that intimately. Grace filled moments of Him. mmmmmm.Peace.

  8. Love it. I think it’s so easy to forget that God speaks to us, not always in direct conversation but also through actions of loved ones and experiences we have day to day.

  9. Thanks for sharing this with us…I find this to be so true, in myself I am unable, but in God I am able because He enables me!…blessings

  10. I love how God’s word for you can evolve into a word for so many other hearts desperate to hear from Him as well. God never ceases to amaze me!
Thanks for sharing your heart, Annie!

  11. Wow, this made me tear up a little! I’ve been in the exact same boat and I think this post is my ‘able’ heart! Thank you, Annie!

  12. Thanks so much for this great article; this is the kind of thing that continues me though out the day. I’ve been looking around for your article after I heard about them from a buddy and was thrilled when I was able to find it after searching for some time. Being a avid blogger, I’m happy to see others taking initiative and contributing to the community. I just wanted to comment to show my appreciation for your post as it’s very encouraging, and many writers do not get the credit they deserve. I am sure I’ll be back and will spread the word to my friends.

  13. Don´t consider every nice comment as spam, its not – but here my two cents. It´s all about fitness mates! Or what do you think? I like this data and it has presented me some sort of commitment to succeed for some reason, so thanks. Moreover I´m definitely thinking about blogging these facts in my own blog!

  14. Hi – very good web site you have established. I enjoyed reading this posting. I did want to issue a comment to tell you that the design of this site is very aesthetically pleasing. I used to be a graphic designer, now I am a copy editor in chief for a marketing firm. I have always enjoyed playing with information processing systems and am attempting to learn code in my spare time (which there is never enough of lol).
