  1. hey kaitlyn! i’ve been reading these incourage devos for a few years now and i just want to mention your writing just keeps getting better and better! have an amazing day today 🙂

  2. What a comforting truth that it is going to be okay in the end. And more than just ok! In God’s hands it will be perfect! Thanks for this beautiful illustration of that truth, Kaitlyn. And I may have to check out the book series if it’s not too intense to have in the background of work. ;~)

    • Oooh if you start the series, I’d love to hear! I’m generally not a big audiobook person, but I *highly* recommend it for this. The author is the narrator and does ALL the voices (there are many). My local library uses Libby, which has the audiobooks for free, so you might look into that.

  3. Beautiful message. The event may taunt us and it is hard and painful but we know the score board. Jesus already won and revelation says at the very end he wins. No fear anymore. Encourage each other in the truth so we can get through anything.

  4. For as long as I can remember, when things got hard (and things always get hard) my dad would tell us, “It’ll all work out, if you’ll just let it.” His version of, “it’s going to be okay.” I love this affirmation of that today. My dad has been gone six years now, but I still hear his voice and the voice of my Heavenly Father telling me, “It’ll all work out, if you’ll just let it.”

  5. I love this, Kaitlyn! Even though I’m not into that book series. I am into the other bestseller!

  6. Kaitlyn,

O Holy Night: “The thrill of hope, the weary world rejoices, For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn. This is more true to me this year than in the past. Working in ICU as clerical I see a lot of sadness, heartbreak, death-but also miracles. Each day I pray for all the patients & families. Asking God to give them peace, comfort & heal the injured or sick. Most people thank me for giving them hope in the midst of their trials. Our stories are in God’s hands. He alone knows how it will end. One thing we do know for certain-If we persevere through trials & have our names in the Lamb’s book of life WE WIN. Thus reasons to rejoice!!

    Blessings 🙂

  7. I didn’t get around to commenting yesterday, but this was very timely. I’d been awake during the previous night being concerned (i.e. ‘fraid worried) about a situation that I have no control over and I don’t know the outcome. It seems like everything seems worse during the night. I was thankful for this reminder that it’s in God’s hands.
