  1. Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow!!! He is simply jaw- droppingly worthy of our praise!

  2. My husband died 3 months ago, caught covid in the hospital.
    I’m lost, struggling, and I’m miss him. 50 years married. 57 knowing each other since 14 years old. My heart is broken.

    • How painful for you. All the love and memories you must hold in your heart. I pray you feel God’s presence as you go through this tough time.

    • Belinda,

      Oh sweet sister so so sorry for the sudden loss of your beloved husband. Prayers that you can feel God comforting arms around you holding & hugging you now & always. I have a poem that an RN gives to families who lost loved ones I pray it blesses your heart.

      Safely Home
      I am home in Heaven, dear ones; Oh, so happy and so bright!
      There is perfect joy & beauty in this everlasting light.
      All the pain & grief is over, Every restless tossing passed;
      I am now at peace forever, Safely home in Heaven at last.
      Did you wonder I so calmly Trod the valley of the shade?
      Oh! but Jesus’ love illuminated Every dark & fearful glade.
      And He came Himself to meet me In that way so hard to tread;
      And with Jesus’ arm to lean on, Could I have one doubt or dread?
      Then you must not grieve so sorely, For I love you dearly still;
      Try to look beyond earth’s shadows, Pray to trust our Father’s Will.
      There is work still waiting for you, So you must not idly stand;
      Do it now, while life remaineth–You shall rest in Jesus’ land.
      When that work is all completed. He will gently call you Home;
      Oh, the rapture of that meeting, Oh, the joy to see you come!

      ((((((((((Hugs))))))))))

  3. Incredible, but not surprising, that you should post this today. God has spent the past month reminding me of His presence.

  4. In Courage,

    These past few years have been hard. There have been many many changes/adjustments & more added stresses to our lives. One constant that has remained is Jesus. He has been with each one of us through all of it & will stay with us to the end. We are blessed to have a loving God who knows & sees us. He understands our frustrations, & anxieties. In the midst of all the chaos of the holidays take time to be still, count your many blessings & reflect on His goodness through out these years.

    Blessings 🙂

  5. Ps 139 has been my Favorite Psalm for decades. I reminds me that God has been, & continues to be intimately involved in my life. That’s especially comforting, in times of crisis or doubts about my self worth!

  6. Sorry Belinda for your loads. You may not have your Husband on this earth. Yes you will miss him. You have memories of days spent together. The things your Husband said and done to make you laugh. Photos to look at. Yes you will cry. That normal. God is with you. His loving arms are around you. But you may not have your Husband on this earth with you. But you have this too look forward to. The day you both will be together again in Glory with Jesus. You will see your Husband with a bran now body no more sickness. So that is something to look forward to. I don’t know you. But I can if I was your Husband say try not cry I am gone. Get on with life doing the things that make you happy laugh and make you smile. Plus if you can speak my name. Don’t stop doing the things we did together. He say remember I am looking down from Heaven. My prayers are with you. All the way from Northern Ireland. We have wonderful God who will help you through this. As my sister in-law lost her husband to ill health over 9 years ago. He had been not well most of their married life. She still speaks his name. Yes she still misses him. But she knows that keeps her going she see him with a brand new body in Glory with Jesus one day. Love Dawn Ferguson-Little xx
